How does protected payment work on Sentaa?
When you buy on Sentaa, your payment is taken right away but held by the platform: it isn't released to the seller yet. The courier delivers the item, you check it, then confirm with a QR code or a 6-digit code. Only then are the funds released to the seller.
Which Mobile Money payment methods are accepted?
Sentaa accepts Cameroon's two main Mobile Money operators: MTN Mobile Money (MoMo) and Orange Money. No bank card is needed, and no hidden fees are added to the price shown.
How can I sell an item safely in Cameroon?
Create a listing with photos, a price in XAF and a location (Douala, Yaoundé…), then wait for a buyer to pay through protected payment. The courier handles the handover, and you're paid automatically as soon as the buyer confirms delivery.
How do I apply for a job on Sentaa?
In the app's Jobs section, browse listings posted by local companies (full-time, contract, on-site or remote), with the salary shown upfront in XAF. Open a listing and apply with your CV directly from the app.
